No, unused vacancies from your subscription plan do not roll over to the next month. Each plan is designed to cover vacancies within the billing cycle, so it’s important to utilize your plan’s vacancies during the subscribed month to maximize its value.
We strongly advise hiring candidates while your subscription is active to take full advantage of our affordable and competitive pricing.
However, if you decide to hire a candidate we presented after your subscription has been terminated, a recruitment fee of 15% of the candidate's annual gross salary may apply.
This policy ensures fairness and acknowledges the significant effort and resources we invest in sourcing and vetting top talent for your team.
You can cancel your subscription at any time by providing a 5-day notice. Here’s how it works:
Provide Notice: Submit a cancellation request at least 5 days before the desired termination date.
Cancellation Effective Date: The cancellation will take effect 5 days after your notice.
No Refunds for the Ongoing Month: Since subscription fees are paid in advance, there will be no refunds for the current billing cycle. Services will remain active until the end of the billing month.
