The company produces private-label beverages for customers worldwide. This was their second remote hire, so processes for remote staff were already in place. They wanted an Executive Assistant to support leadership day to day.

As Executive Assistant, Oksana:
- Supports the Executive Director and leadership team
- Drafts letters, memos, invoices and reports
- Schedules and attends meetings and takes minutes
- Keeps records and handles basic bookkeeping tasks
